BAD/INCORRECT ADDRESS

Every package we send has a USPS delivery confirmation tracking number. This is our proof of delivery. If you provide us at the time the order is placed with an incorrect or bad address and the merchandise is returned to us for that reason it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AGAIN TO HAVE SENT BACK TO YOU. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL OR PUT IN A CLAIM FOR THIS REASON YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 25% RESTOCKING FEE AND THE SHIPPING CHARGE IS NON REFUNDABLE. If your package is lost, and the carrier cannot give us confirmation of delivery, we will HELP FILE A CLAIM TO THE POST OFFICE THAT'S WHY EVERY PACKAGE IS INSURED. (If the carrier has proof of delivery, yet you say that you did not receive your package, you must file a claim directly with the carrier, using the delivery confirmation number we will provide for you). This guarantee does not cover replacement of items damaged by incorrect handling or carelessness.
